Privacy Policy
PixClaim · TOUR.567 LLC · Florida, USA · Effective: July 2026 · [email protected]
1. What we collect
- Photos of vehicle damage you upload (which may incidentally include license plates, VIN plates, or surroundings).
- Vehicle data: VIN, decoded year/make/model/trim, and open-recall status from NHTSA public databases.
- Account data: name, email, role, and — for adjusters — license number and verification status.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.
- Usage data: logs, device/browser metadata, and estimate history.
2. How we use it
- To generate estimates, lien checks, and related services you request.
- To verify adjuster license eligibility against the Florida DFS public registry.
- To improve damage-detection models — only in de-identified, aggregated form.
- To send transactional email (receipts, estimate delivery, verification notices). Marketing email is opt-in only.
3. What we never do
- We do not sell your personal information or photos.
- We do not share identifiable estimate data with insurers or shops unless you initiate it.
4. Storage and protection
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Photos are stored in access-controlled buckets; estimate records are retained for a minimum of one (1) year under Florida record-keeping practices; lien files up to four (4) years; account data for the life of the account plus legal retention requirements.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data at any time via [email protected]. Florida residents have rights under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR); we honor opt-outs of targeted advertising and data sale (we conduct neither).
2. Third-party processors
- Stripe — payments (PCI-DSS)
- Roboflow — AI image inference (photos processed transiently)
- NHTSA — public VIN/recall data
- Resend — transactional email
- Cloud hosting provider — infrastructure
