PixClaim ("the Platform"), operated by TOUR.567 LLC ("we", "us"), provides AI-generated motor-vehicle damage estimates from user-submitted photographs, VIN decoding, recall checks, lien verification referrals, and related collision-intelligence services.
AI-generated estimates are good-faith informational documents based on photos and market data. They are not an appraisal, an insurance adjustment, a binding repair contract, or a guarantee of final repair cost. Final repair pricing is set solely by the repairing facility. Where a repair transaction occurs in Florida, the written-estimate and disclosure requirements of Florida Statute §559.905 apply between the customer and the repair shop.
The free plan is reserved exclusively for licensed insurance adjusters. Eligibility requires (a) a valid Florida Department of Financial Services adjuster license number, (b) a name match against the FL DFS licensee registry, and (c) license status ACTIVE at the time of verification and at each renewal. Providing false license information is grounds for immediate termination and may be reported to the Florida Department of Financial Services.
Paid estimates and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Estimate purchases are valid for 30 days. Prices are in USD; taxes may apply.
The PixClaim name, the P-pixel mark, the Platform, its design system, and all AI outputs' presentation are the property of TOUR.567 LLC. You retain ownership of your photos; you grant us a limited license to process them to provide the service (see Privacy Policy).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including repair-cost differences.
Estimate records are retained for a minimum of one (1) year consistent with Florida Motor Vehicle Repair Act record-keeping practices; lien-related files for up to four (4) years. Records may be produced when legally required.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue: state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
